Service Plan
Having your desktop and laptop machines working correctly is vital to your business productivity. With this in mind, we are pleased to offer an additional service for our Business clients.
For the equivalent of just £3 per month per machine, your computers can be serviced twice a year at your convenience, to help them stay in optimum working condition.
For £36 per year (excl. VAT) a technician can visit you every six months and perform a full computer service on each machine, comprising of: -
- System stability and performance checking
- Malware and virus checking
- Optimizing system settings
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Internal cleaning of desktops
Prevention is better than cure and in many cases, problems can be identified and dealt with before they become more serious.
