Repairs and Upgrades
There are many things that can go wrong with computers and we all know that it can be something trivial or something a bit more serious. For most people the biggest problem is finding a reliable repair service that won’t break the bank!
We can diagnose computer faults for you either remotely using our Support & Rescue service (internet connection needed) or on site. Wherever possible we repair the fault at your home or business premises. If the fault cannot be fixed on site, after repairs are complete at the workshop we will try to get your machine back to you as soon as possible. Yes that’s right – no trudging to a store – the store comes to you!
Our rates are reasonable and if the problem can be repaired – you will get your system back to normal as soon as possible.
Upgrading your machine can very often be a cost effective option, depending on your existing system. We can advise you whether this is an option for you and help you make your machine nearly as good as new.
