Support and Rescue
Would you like to have a Technician working on your computer, literally within minutes? You can, with our ‘Support & Rescue’ service.
If you have a problem or if you need general support, as long as you have an internet connection we can remotely and securely connect to your machine using state-of-the-art software, and work on the computer as if we were right there sitting in front of your screen. You can even watch us as we work!
No privacy worries either – we can only connect with your permission, you can disconnect at any time and there is no software left on your machine once the support connection is closed.
This means that you can call us when you have a problem and we can attempt to diagnose and/or fix whilst you are on the phone! This is not only quicker for you but it can save you money too, as most issues fixed remotely cost less than a visit.
