You can, with our ‘Support & Rescue’ service.
Do you have a problem or need general support? As long as you have an internet connection we can remotely and securely connect to your machine using state-of-the-art software, and work on the computer as if we were right there sitting in front of your screen. You can even watch us as we work!
No privacy worries either – we can only connect with your permission, you can disconnect at any time and there is no software left on your machine once the support connection is closed.
This means that you can call us when you have a problem and we can attempt to diagnose and/or fix whilst you are on the phone! This is not only quicker for you but it can save you money too, as most issues fixed remotely cost less than a visit.

There are two types of Support and Rescue services, on site visits and remote support which is available to both Home and Business users. There are two ways of paying for our services:
- Invoiced – This is aimed at our business clients who have larger requirements such as network installations or database development work.
- Pay as you go – Our pay as you go service is ideal for home users and small businesses who need quick and effective support for small issues such as upgrades, repairs and troubleshooting. It also enables business users to pay online using either PayPal or Google Checkout. If you would like to use this option, let us know during our time working together and we will invoice you via email using your preferred online merchant.
